I can’t afford to pay my bill right now, what should I do?

If you are having trouble paying your bill, Providence offers financial assistance and flexible interest-free payment plan options.

Learn more about financial assistance by visiting Providence.org/FinancialHelp or speak with a Financial Counselor at 1-855-229-6466, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm PST.

Payment plans can be set up by navigating to your billing portal. To go to your billing portal:

  • Close this tab and return to the screen you were just on
  • Log in to your account. Instructions available here
  • Click “create payment plan"
